Sales Policy

We guarantee delivery of the product to the port requested.

Costumers will cover all expenses for customs, handling and tax fees as well as any other expense required by the countries government depending on import regulations and permit requirements for each country.

To order species not found in the catalogue, please contact our sales representatives, you can request it and we will inform you of possible availability, the order can be received according to pupae availability.

Purchased orders must be received 8 days in advance before shipping.

Orders will be shipped every Monday of each week by UPS Company air mail carrier, to insure its arrival 3 to 4 days after its shipping date.

Shipping costs will depend on the quantity of butterfly pupae and destination.

Each order will be processed immediately once it has been confirmed and the payment has been cancelled. You will receive a confirmation e-mail, with shipping information, tracking number and date of arrival.

Al payments should be done by electronic transfer.

Since this is a live product, Butterfly Kingdom will provide 10% of the amount ordered of extra pupae as courtesy to compensate any normal loss.

Purchase Requirements:

Every country has specific requirements for imports of living organisms. Costumers must send us a copy of the permits required for the import of butterfly pupae for their country, before placing an order or carry out any purchase.

U.S. customers:

Have a license from the department of agriculture (USDA).

It should be of PPQ type (see Plant Protection and Quarantine website: Plant Protection and Quarantine)
